- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is listed on my website. I offer three different packages plus a stand-alone, unique-to-you, custom color analysis. If your needs are not met by one of my existing packages, I can tailor one to your specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will receive a short questionnaire, followed by a phone chat to get acquainted, ascertain your personal style objectives, as well as determine if we are a good fit. Once we have decided to collaborate and pre-payment has been made, you will receive more style exercises and a longer questionnaire that goes into more detail. You will receive a detailed email outlining all that we discussed and what to expect. Much depends on where you are at in your style journey, what your lifestyle needs are, your budget and where you want to go next. Typically, a closet audit is needed to weed out what isn't working and I create a list of any gaps or needs to enhance and complete your wardrobe. This takes place at your closet either in person or virtually. I shop for you (optional) and use a state-of-the-art communication and wardrobe inventory system that streamlines our work together. Lastly, we STYLE! I take gobs of photos (only you and I can view) and upload them into your digital Look-Book so you have immediate access to all the looks we create with a combination of your pieces and any new ones acquired to enhance, expand, and elevate your wardrobe to make it versatile and robust. We work in one season at a time - warm weather or cool/cold weather. It keeps us focused on one thing at a time and eliminates overwhelm. I have done numerous wardrobe consultations and edits with women in different parts of the US via Zoom that have been very successful!

I am certified through the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), Elegance in Style (EIS) and Image Innovators.
