Hello and thank you for visiting my page on Thumbtack. My name is Wilmer Perez and I am new to Thumbtack. I am looking to expand my clientele. Wilmer and his crew did an EXCELLENT job!! I highly recommend Wilmer flooring. They replaced the floor in my kitchen and two bathrooms in just over three hours total. They arrived at the appointment time of 9:30 AM and were finished just after 12:30 PM. Wilmer was very responsive, he provided me a quote over the phone which was very nice, as I’ve had other contractors come look at the job and never get back to me with a price. Wilmer was punctual, and he and his crew arrived and got to work immediately. They cleaned up after themselves and took the trash with them without even being asked. The quality of work was impressive, the floors look great. They installed a Pergo product for me that looks like tile, they took the shoe molding off, put it back on when they were finished, painted it and caulked. I’ll post pictures at a later date. I’m a VERY happy customer! I’ll be using him in the future for some additional flooring work.

I contacted on a Thursday and he was job ready for Saturday. He picked up materials and and even helped when i made changes. He and his team were timely. They finished flooring my basement 926 sqf in just 4-5 hours. They arrived at 8:30 am as promised and they went with me to pick ip wood and even to home depot and lowes to get baseboards and carpet. They got back and worked with only a short 20 minute lunch break for staff. I had incorrectly said it was only 700 square feet but he worked with me to stay close to quote. He even threw in a freebie project! They were back and cleaned up by 4pm. Been a week and no problems with workmanship. I wish i could keep him all to myself because i know when he blow up, his prices will increase. But he deserves it! Great job. I highly recommend him.

Stairs carpet was awful brown loop and wasn’t sure if I wanted replacement carpet or laminate. Wilmer flooring responded immediately to my request for an estimate, met with me and discussed flooring options. Followed up shortly after discussed budget and we settled on carpet at a great price best price. Got me booked right away, showed up with crew on time, worked quickly on 3 sets of stairs. I love the look. Would hire again.

I reached out to Wilmer Saturday morning because customer was looking for immediate replacement. With in minutes not only did he contact me but he showed up carried carpet and padding up three flights of stairs and had it done in 30 minutes. The guy is Superman and I highly recommend him.
