After my son suffered a injury riding his e-bike, I had to be the one to claim his bike. Because my son personally could not claim the bike, a notarized letter needed to be provide to have the bike released to me. It was critical that I get the letter that day due to limitations with transporting the e-bike. Andrew from Post Haste made that possible, I really appreciate how he came through for me. That is what you call excellent customer service. He could not have done a better job. Thanks again Andrew.
