- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer multiple packages designed to fit many needs. From budget conscious non contract to custom programming contracts. I offer 3/6 and 12 months plan for nutrition, nutrition/workouts and personal training. Non contract options are 8 weeks long for both nutrition and training. Pricing is competitive with the market and commensurate given 14 years experience in this industry. I pride myself on going above and beyond for all clients. Each client I work with, regardless of program, receives the same attention, tools, resources and add ons.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Started my career working with collegiate athletes then shortly onto injury rehab, sports conditioning and bodybuilding. Age ranges 24-79. I’ve worked with clients dealing with PCOS, endometriosis, Chrons, Lyme, Diabetes, and other autoimmune diseases. Worked with clients with labrum tear, herniated discs, bulging discs, knee surgery, shoulder surgery, back surgery, and so on. I work with clients who want to feel better in their bodies. Who are seeking transformation from the inside out. Whether that’s a beginner to fitness or an athlete.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your homework! Hiring a trainer and coach is an investment. Research their media profiles, check out additional testimonials on google, Yelp and paywall platforms like mindbody. Reach out to clients they’ve worked with in the past. All of this is fair game. If a trainer is offering free consults, take them - but - only if you’re serious about investing your time and money.
