North Performance

North Performance is led by Head Coach Douglas Souza, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo black belt with years of training, competition, and coaching experience. He is personally responsible for all classes and private training sessions, ensuring every student receives professional instruction, attention, and support. We offer private martial arts lessons focused on self-defense, fitness, and skill development. Sessions are personalized for each student whether you are a complete beginner, looking to get in shape, learn real self-defense, or improve your grappling skills. Lessons can be held at your home, apartment gym, or outdoor space. Our goal is to create a safe, positive, and professional environment where students can learn practical techniques, build confidence, and achieve their personal goals.
