North Performance is led by Head Coach Douglas Souza, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 1st Degree Black Belt and Judo Black Belt with over 18 years of martial arts experience and more than 6 years of coaching experience. As an active competitor and experienced instructor, Douglas personally leads all private training sessions, ensuring every student receives professional instruction, individual attention, and personalized guidance. We offer private Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo lessons for children, teenagers, and adults of all skill levels. Our training focuses on self-defense, fitness, confidence, discipline, and technical development.
