- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally our services are packaged into short term services or longer-term support services while we work with a business more closely. Some projects, like web site design or custom application development, we quote in iterations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to begin with a free consultation. This allows us to get to understand the business owner's needs more and gives us more information to put together a unique strategy for their market, industry, and business model. We don't offer one-size-fits-all approaches. Instead we want to understand the goal the business has and then match a solution to that vision. The consultation also allows us to explain our experience, innovations, and practices that help us reach the outcomes that are sought. Our consultation is also intended to be informative and are an opportunity for us to provide advice and insights that may otherwise benefit the business. From the information gathered in our consultation, we roadmap a strategy and deliver our proposal to meet the business goals.

Master's of Business Administration with a focus on Innovation. Bachelor's of Finance and Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Technology. Google Adwords and Google Analytics Certifications Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Product Owner Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist
