The tax preparer was nice and courteous. HOWEVER, took a extremely long time and was finding lots of faults in the taxes. I would not reccomend.

In response to this I completed the return in 4 days. I told the client it takes 2 weeks usually for a return to be completed because I have a review process. Lastly, I follow the law if something is against the IRS regulations. Also, errors in paperwork sent to me as a professional am suppose to address them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are based on the type of return you have. For example business, rental property and additional states are additional cost. Included is a previous year review, and 30 minute consultation. Also, administrative time for example how will it take you to get the information to me properly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer I listen to their needs, and concerns. From the conversation we come together with the best work flow for the both of us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied Mathematics for Business and Minor in Spanish. Currently studying to become an Enrolled Agent right now license tax practitioner.
