Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Today we see too many people, arguing, ruining and often ending their intimate and important relationships with irrational reactions and decisions that make absolutely no-sense. Today we hear far too many people unable to communicate clearly and effectively what they really mean! Saying often; ‘No, I didn’t mean to say it like that! Or not feeling listened to when they do communicate; and then, finding themselves having difficulty listening to the other. These are all in the domain of emotional intelligence or EQ. Many business and health experts say EQ is even more important than IQ for the full measure of success in both our personal and professional worlds. EQ is the ability to understand our emotions and the emotions of others, To know what emotions are "telling" us that will enable us to handle them effectively. Having a high level of EQ enables us to 'respond' to situations rather than 'react' to them. Enables us to effectively communicate our thoughts and feelings; and to be able to effectively listen to others communicate theirs, even if we may feel and think differently. To be able to act in ways that promote understanding and clarity within yourself and with others. How valuable would it be to bring this understanding to whatever coaching issues you are facing. That is what we do...that is what sets our coaching program apart. We bring the additional lens of EQ to bear as we explore your coaching issues. I coach to this component of emotional intelligence. building revealing as we go... Is it time for you to get really clear about being Human! I enjoy walking with people on their developmental journey as they unfold into a greater understanding of themselves and others, realizing that, the further they development themselves, the more power they have.

Sterling is a phenomenal coach! As a coach myself, I understand the importance of having someone who can help clarify goals and develop steps for achieving them. Sterling's approach is both innovative and highly effective. I was very impressed with how he helped me cut to the chase and develop a "well-formed outcome" for my business. The conversational format of the coaching sessions allowed him to quickly tease out my true motivations and put me on the path to reaching my full potential. A consummate professional, Sterling is courteous, prompt, and patient. His kind, inquisitive demeanor helped calm my often racing mind and he enabled me to find true focus. Sterling receives my highest recommendation!

I was privately coached by Sterling Harris; this was done over the phone and Skype as Sterling was in the USA and I am in South Africa. We 'met' regularly and Sterling was 100% reliable, always there, even when I wanted to just chat in between sessions. We never had a missed appointment. He was amazing in that he helped me to come to a realisation - it was something I battled with - and it helped my life enormously. In fact I came up with a saying, and to this day I read it most days. The coaching was done over about three months, and I found that that was the minimum time I required. I was perfectly happy about my changed attitude, so much so that it is the way I think now - quite differently. I had also worked with Sterling a couple of times, first was in the States, and the second when he came to South Africa. Each time I have been impressed, and so far I have never heard anything other than how he has helped people - from all walks of life, whether business, entrepreneurs or private. I am also impressed that Sterling has a thirst for knowledge, and that combined with his curiosity and his amazing listening powers makes him up to the minute with both his updated knowledge and his application for both his clients and himself. I wish I could help him by giving feedback where he could improve - but am at a loss for words - there is nothing I can offer for him to improve. He does that all by himself. Coach Lori Lea - The Entrepreneur, Executive and ADHD Coach, South Africa.

Sterling led me through a series of questions which helped ME get to the bottom of my issue. He helped me clarify my own thinking and didn't force me into any of his own views, which is very important to me.

Sterling delves deeply into root issues that other counselors fell short on. His approach comes w/o judgement, just identifying sources of attitudes/behaviors and how to deal with them.
