- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give fixed pricing in advance so there are no hidden fees. When an hourly payment system is necessary, we are very upfront about the terms. For certain projects, we charge a consultation retainer fee which is factored into the downpayment when you proceed with the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you send us a request, we aim to respond within 3 hours. Initially, we typically ask for any information we need, and any questions that help us better understand your needs. We provide input and possibilities, schedule a phone call if necessary, and begin to plan for an in-person consultation. For water feature installation, we collect a retainer fee before meeting in person. This retainer fee is factored into the down payment if you decide to move forward with the project. In person, we discuss possibilities, prices, features, and design aspects, fully catered to you. If you decide to move forward, we collect a down payment and begin transforming your property into the landscape of your dreams.
