Mr. Cruz's services were better than advertised. I had to work late and he shifted my appointment to 30 minutes later without issues. The quote was $85 however I paid $100 for my gratitude as I had been without heat for two weeks. I will seek his services upon moving from my condo. Thank you Mr. Cruz! From there, we will discuss the process and come up with the best price according to the potential customer's budget, brands or preferences.
