- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am reasonable, flexible. I’m more about the experience for the customer, I want it to be perfect for memories that last a lifetime and because of that I will work with and consider a large range of prices. All prices will be considered and I am more than happy to discuss what you can afford or are willing to pay for the event. You just have to ask!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what the customer wants, discuss the music, venue, number of people and a playlist and then the price. Most of time the customer wants the price first based on the number of hours and that is fine also. I then meet the customer at the venue if they like. That’s typically when a deposit is exchanged if not by Venmo, PayPal or Zelle, and an agreement is signed during or after the deposit. Then we have several Discussions of the songs to be played, type/position of lighting and fog, karaoke, if requested. Then we party!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Took some college course work in sound engineering/recording.
