Sean and Will did a fantastic job refurbishing our deck. We are very happy with their workmanship and the final product. They even made a custom cat-portal in the railings for the outdoor cat that frequently drops by at breakfast and dinner.

Dynamic Its been an absolute pleasure working with Bill! Just finished a large and complex deck and patio job with outstanding results. I can’t say enough about Bill’s perseverance through all the challenges with getting county approvals and his flexibility in adapting our designs as needed. It is rare for contractors to demonstrate as much personal investment in their clients’ projects as Bill does and we truly appreciate it. He went above and beyond in representing us with the county and then in meeting our exacting needs. All with a great attitude and friendly but professional demeanor. After years of hating our backyard and Pinterest searching we finally got serious about a backyard overhaul including deck replacement with water system to enable an under deck entertainment area, stamped patio and fence replacement. I researched deck, patio and fence companies for months and although we received various quotes not one of them would perform all the work we were looking to do and none of them offered alternative ideas to help make our vision a reality until… we met Bill. Bill took our ideas and delivered beyond our expectations at an affordable price. There was NO PRESSURE at any time to add “this or that”and Bill was on site every day. I can’t adequately explain how thankful we were that Bill removed all burdens including a return trip one evening when a neighbor was having concerns regarding the fence construction. Dynamic Rennovations takes pride in their work and their clients are not numbers. Our backyard overhaul transformed our home making it look years younger and modern. My main focus was the under deck area and I told Bill over and over that I didn’t care about the deck - He took that as a challenge and his words to me were “we are going to build a deck that you are going to love and you will care about it”. He couldn’t have been more right. I love it all but the deck is by far my favorite! We have many projects on the “wish list” and will not use anyone besides Dynamic Rennovations moving forward, it’s a different level of customer service and you don’t know what you have been missing until you work with Bill and his teams. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is right where it needs to be in this market. Im upfront about all costs associated with their particular project and I let me clients know about any unforeseen costs that may arise from their current situation. There’re are never surprises to my clients. I’m not the lowest price in town and I’m not the highest. You truly do get what you pay for. I’m at every job site, once or twice a day. That gives me the ability to control and deliver on my promise.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a company that likes to get to know our clients personally. We believe in building relationships which is followed by trust. Trust is earned and the most important aspect in this industry. Companies come and go; we are here to stay. When a client works with us on their first project, they are our client for life.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Business Management and have been in this industry for 13+ years, managing for about 10 years. My dad has been working in this industry since he was 18 years old and he's now 56. That's a total of ~58 years of experience between the three of us. You're in amazing hands!
