Had carpet installed on whole upstairs of house, Joel responded to my job request very quickly and stayed in constant communication throughout the process. The carpet installation was done well, but I did have to clean up some staples from my driveway. Overall very satisfied.

Working with the business owner, Joel was a delight. Joel explained me the project, materials required, time and cost options with and without materials. After giving a verbal go ahead, Joel was quick to order the materials, asked for half of invoice to purchase materials and schedule the installation of engineered hardwood flooring a day after the materials arrived at my house. Joel dispatched a 4 man crew (with face masks). I moved all furniture out ahead of time. The crew got to work by removing carpet, cleaned the subfloors, installed wood floors, shoe moulding, stair nose and transitions. The crew started at 8 am and completed the project on the same day at 7 pm. Project details: total installation space 950 sft (300 sft on concrete slab on 1st floor & 650 sft on 2nd floor) My feedback to the crew is to be mindful of the property like not leaving caulk on faucets after using bathroom and cleanup caulk on other surfaces like hand rails. The stair nose was not installation to code, after pointing out the issue, they were happy to fix it but the installation was partially seamless. A final quality checklist and walk through was missing. Next day, I found a section of shoe moulding was not nailed in. Installation around door casings lacked finesse. Shoe moulding clearly show the nails, I wished the crew applied caulk to cover nail dents. Overall, I recommend Joel and his team.
