My expectations were blown away! Marlene runs a terrific business and the team couldn't have worked harder. Moved a family out of a three-level home in Reston after 45 years of raising 3 kids and then widower without much maintenance. It was an overwhelming job I'm sure. Marlene was quick to respond and came to house for estimate same day. The price was appropriate for the job and more realistic than others might have been. She was able to assemble a crew for appointment on short notice and exactly the time frame that was necessary to make the sale work. They finished beautifully right on time and buyers came with their agent for final walkthrough just after they finished. Buyers & agent were impressed as they did not expect to be presented with such a thorough cleaning and sparkling condition of the house since they had seen it lived in. My sellers were so pleased by the results, as well as how at ease they were with how Marlene handled things. They may even use B&D for regular cleanings at their new condo, and I will be recommending them to all my sellers from now on. Thank you so very much!

This was a move-in cleaning that I hired this company for. I spoke with Marlene over the phone on a couple different occasions to go over what was expected in service. 3 ladies came with limited cleaning products and supplies. They did not have any booties for their feet-I had told Marlene I was having all the floors done right before they were scheduled. Luckily the floor cleaners were nice enough to provide them as they were still here when the 'cleaners' arrived. They were here for not longer than 1 hour and all they did was wipe things down with rags-I don't know if they were clean or not. No attention to detail was paid-my kitchen counters and sink had dirty spots all over from previous food spills or something from the previous owners. Very visible to anyone looking-why was this not cleaned?! The bathroom faucets still had old crusty grime around them and a layer of dust on the toilet paper holders and towel racks on the wall. The bathtubs were not touched at all, or the showers. I just spent all day doing everything myself! And I am 7 months pregnant!!!! This is why I hired out and made it clear what I wanted done. Extremely disgusted with the 'service'. Marlene tried to charge me $350.00!!! Give me a break. Do not hire this service- for anything. You will
End up doing it yourself and wasting good money.
