I began training with Roman approximately 6 months ago and the results have been phenomenal. I have trained with roman for the past 1 yr, he has helped gain weight. I was 50kgs when I started but I am now 65 kgs. He is fun to be train with as well he is vey dedicated and knows what he is doing.
