- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the distance to your location., and the duration of the training session. I typically train a client for 1 hour which gives me time to provide a proper dynamic warm up, corrective exercises if needed, the workout , and post workout static stretching .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first have a fitness strategy session with the client. That will cover the client current state of health , fitness goals, and movement assessments. From there we will put a plan together for the client and begin training .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do continuous education almost daily. I am a member of Idea Fitness, & PT on the Net which has a wonderful website and monthly periodical's . In this line of business it is crucial.
