It was 2009 when I first started getting fit and it was to make a complete lifestyle change. I was a smoker and weighed close to 200 pounds. My experience at the gym was zero and I had a recent injury to my neck. After watching Kim work with others at the gym I decided she was the Personal Trainer for me. Kim recognized my injury and limitations and found ways to teach me how to safely perform exercises that I could easily do and practice on my own. And as we progressed over our sessions she mixed up those exercises and routines to challenge and motivate me and keep me interested in staying fit. Kim gave me great suggestions about making good food choices and how to stay well fueled before and after workouts. Overall I lost 53 pounds and reduced my 33% body fat to a healthy 22% My success with Kim continues as I am back working with her again after two years on my own to correct some bad habits and to get more out of my golf game. I have no doubts and am confident that her new routines will get me to my fitness and golf goals.

Kim has been my personal trainer since Nov. '06. She comes to my home twice a week for 1-hour sessions. These sessions are filled with various exercises all geared to my particular needs. I am 75 yrs. of age and have experienced several health issues (all unrelated to exercise) while working with Kim. She has always been ready and willing to help me in an way she can (research, learning Tia Chi, etc.) when I was able to return to training. Kim is dependable, prompt, compassionate, supportive, very knowledgeable of her vocation and lots of fun! She is trying her best to keep me in shape and I certainly hope she gets to try for several more years. It is a pleasure training with Kim and I highly recommend her as a personal trainer. You won't be sorry!!

I started working with Kim in July 2013. I am a 50 yr. old female who started out just wanting to get in better shape and learn some new strength training excercises. In the year, I have gone from 165 lbs. (size 8) to 126 lbs. (size 2) lowering my fat percentage to 19.5%. Kim designed a program that was different each time we trained based on my fitness level at the time. As I progressed, the workouts became more challenging but still fun. She is a master at motivating you! I appreciate that the she concentrates on the total body instead of just one part. She will teach you the correct form for each excercise and talk to you about how important nutrition is. Her program is a TOTAL program - cardio, strength training, nutrition, mindset and motivation. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience that has guided me to success! Deciding to train with Kim has been a true blessing. She has taught me more about fitness and nutrition than I ever thought possible. She is an outstanding personal trainer. She will help you achieve all your fitness goals and then some!

I would highly recommend Kim Migliore as a personal trainer. I have worked with Kim for seven years and I am strong and healthy. Kim is patient and yet challenges me at the same time. Her workouts always include a variety of exercises that incorporate both strength training and cardio. By the time you are done you have worked your body from head to toe. Not only are the workouts challenging, they are fun! Kim is very professional. She is always reliable and on time. She stays current in her field by continuously learning about new training methods and nutrition information. She has taught me about the importance of eating healthy food and why it is important to include a variety of functional exercises into my workouts that help with everyday movement. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, reliable and motivating personal trainer, Kim Migliore is one of the best!
