Introduction: I have over 30 years of experience. I have done work up North, West Coast, and South. You learn many different types of experience in the different trades working from different areas. I look at this point in my career to do jobs I can be one-on-one with homeowners, so as to get them involved in making their homes better. I use an hourly rate to base my pay so as to the homeowners are paying me only for the work performed. Many contractors out there add in extra wages even for employees who are already being paid from contract for the job, or add in extra for dealing with materials. I am what you might call little overboard for neat and clean job right down to the last nail. I've been accused of being little to picky by my peers. I am an honest worker. I do not smoke, drink or indulge in any illegal street drugs. I try to hold a Christian identity and bad language is also a big no on my jobsites.
