What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge only for the work I need to perform and prefer to work on a flat-fee based system so that I can take time to perfect my work without you having to pay me for each hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my clients (either in person or virtually) to discuss their needs. We can then figure out what the cost will be and get things started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the tax field since 2008. I have multiple university level courses in Accounting, taken during a program of study in Business. I have passed the IRS Special Enrollment Examination and am an Enrolled Agent.
