I have used Doug on a small project and he was on time, fair and did very good work. We are going to use him on finishing our basement and possibly a covered front porch. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Doug was NOT a man of his word. Budget doubled more than doubled. 30 day timeline turned into 100+, didn't show upto work. Stole $$$ thousands. He is not licensed in MD - claimed he was! I paid him nearly $10,000 for an HVAC system and the guy somehow "cancelled" after waiting weeks and his budget somehow ate the money. Later, he Claimed to be sick and couldn't work but was found at home improvement store loading lumber for another job. Last week on the job asked for another $8,400 for an HVAC system but wouldn't give the contractors name. He sent me a new bill for nearly $9,500 and claimed the trim was 100% complete - look at photos - he is Not to be trusted. Update - Doug came into the house over labor day weekend and stole the remaining trim.
