Wesley was quick to respond to messages and very upfront about his fees before we scheduled his service. He texted me on the day of the job to say he could come sooner if I wanted, which worked out great, and was also able to knock out the jobs faster than I anticipated. After I showed him the issue he was honest and forthright about his assessment of the repairs needed, proposed the solutions before starting any work, and was able to fix the main issue using the faster and cheaper method that we preferred. He was pleasant and personable, but seemed focused on the task (which made me feel like I was getting the full value of his time and my money) and yet he was still flexible enough to agree to tackle an add-on project (replacing some pipe pieces in my laundry room) right after he finished the job I hired him for (securing a loose pipe behind a shower wall). His specialty appears to be plumbing so if you need anything plumbing-related (including installing water softeners) I highly recommend contacting Wesley before contacting a regular plumber. Chances are you'll get a lot more for a lot less money. He'll definitely be the first person I call next time!

Had Wesley install all the fixtures for a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. From the start was very responsive and communicative for the whole job. Completed the entire punch list it a day. Very happy with the results! Would definitely hire again.

Wesley installed a water softener for me. I had received a couple of ideas for how to install the drain hose from other plumbers. It involved fishing 50 feet of drain hose through my basement ceiling. Wesley first showed me that this solution was not as straightforward as I had been led to believe. Then, he found existing hose already in place from a previous homeowner and verified it was still functional. None of the other plumbers caught that. This was a much easier solution that saved time and money. He did great work and was very affordable. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Wesley’s service was wonderful overall! He arrived on time and was professional. Wesley removed a non operational garbage disposal and replaced it with a new one; He also removed and replaced a toilet with a new one, all in less time than he originally anticipated (and a full 2 hours less than another contractor quoted) and charged much less than the competition. I will definitely hire Wesley again in the future!
