Had some tile issues in the bathroom. Looked for a pro and Terrence was quick to respond and the estimate he provided was on par. Work was done two days after first contact and that was due to my schedule, not his. Great work matching and replacing the tiles.

Terence and his people, Andre and Manuel demolished an tile floor (with subbase), shower walls, and restroom tile. Removed and reset the toilet and vanity. They know their business. When the tile walls and backing was removed, they recorded where the studs were for securely fastening the handrails after the tile was installed. I can tell you, not many people think that far ahead. They worked steady and asked questions when options made sense. They recognized they were doing the shower for our family and not for "commercial" purposes.
