Mr. Frank Servis, the principle of Instinct Protective Services, LLC handled my personal security at a funeral this week. He had responded to my Thumbtack RFQ several months ago, at which time I agreed to contract with him, yet without knowing exactly when his services would be required. As company director, and a hands-on security professional with years of experience in law enforcement, and elite protective services Mr. Servis is a busy man. Despite having a full plate of high profile clientele, Frank took the time to honor his verbal commitment to protect me at the funeral, simultaneously directing his staff remotely as they honored his other commitments. From the very start, he exhibited flexibility in being over one hundred miles from his home base, meeting me exactly where we had agreed at exactly the right time. He even declined my offer to reimburse his hotel costs, which I offered over and above the quoted price. We drove in my car another twenty miles to a small town funeral home, where he scrutinized the possible problem individuals, and very discretely monitored the comings and goings to ensure there were no unwanted or potentially threatening actions or comments made. At the grave site ceremonies, he exhibited a keen awareness of the situation, placing himself in a location that enabled him to monitor a large area with many unfamiliar people moving around. Later he monitored a gathering at a restaurant to ensure there were no threats or improper actions by attendees. As we finished the day, and concluded our business, Mr. Servis was with me every step of the way, responding to my concerns, offering helpful advice, and staying in the background, aware, yet unobtrusive and transparent to the attendees. I really think if you need to go somewhere alone where you are worried about somebody who might cause trouble or harm, you need flexibilty and have custom requirements that exceed the capabilities of standard guard services, and you're a law-abiding person, Mr. Frank Servis, or one of his staff at Instinct Protective Services, LLC is your best choice in the industry.
