The GroomRoom service was fabulous! We have an old dog that does not travel well and he really needed some grooming. When they were done I thought it was a different dog! He looks great and they were so patient and kind to the old man. Thank you so much.

Sarah was fantastic! Sent me several reminder texts prior to our appointment and showed up right on time. I had 2 senior mid size dogs for her that are not big fans of baths….They had not been groomed in almost 9 months so they were looking pretty scraggly. We wanted a summer cut - short all over. Sarah did an amazing job and they both look beautiful! Neither one appeared stressed afterwards which is all that matters to me. I will definitely use her again. The door to door convenience is absolutely worth the price! And speaking of price - I thought it was very reasonable!

My Snoopy has massive anxiety around cars, the vet, and grooming. He desperately needed to have his nails clipped which, because of his anxiety (also because I clipped one too short and cut the quick) I don’t clip them. The ladies at The Groom Room were absolutely wonderful! Their calm, friendly demeanor put Snoop (and me, the very, very anxious dog mom) at ease. They loaded him into their mobile grooming truck and five minutes later they were done. They did a great job, didn’t try to sell me on other services and charged a lot less than I thought they would. All around awesome!

New customer should register the dogs first than we scream the type of dog, time it takes and give an estimate of service and amount than schedule for the service to be done at their home
