- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing depends on the venue. If it's a bar or a public event, then I charge anywhere from $100 per hour. If it's a private party or wedding, then my fee is $125-$150 per hour, depending on the venue and travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to them over the phone or in person so I can understand all of there needs and meet them to the best of my ability. Some questions I might ask are: How big is the space? How many guests? What is the age range of the guests? Are there any specific songs you want me to play? Any specific decade you want me to stay in, or jump around decades? Would you like me to take requests?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by my college roommate, who is now one of the biggest musicians in Atlanta, Georgia. I have been playing gigs for over 20 years.
