We provide Free Consultation and Free Estimates over the phone. Each project differs in pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: The Estimate When you contact Surface Link, you will be greeted by one of our friendly estimators. Your estimator will work with you to gather all the information they need to give you a price directly over the phone. This way, there will be no surprises when the technician gets there. Step 2: Scheduling Once you have approved the estimate and are ready to proceed, you will be assigned to a project manager directly at Surface Link. Your project manager will be your main point of contact throughout the remainder of your project. He/She will answer any questions you may have about the countertop repair or sink replacement process and once you are ready, your project manager will get you scheduled with one of our certified technicians. If you would like a reminder call, email or text the day before or day of your appointment just let us know! We are happy to help in any way we can. Step 3: Appointment Day Your technician will arrive to your home within the two-hour window set during the scheduling process. All technicians will identify themselves with a Surface Link name badge that will display a photo of the technician and our company logo. Depending on the scope of your project, the technician will first begin by protecting your furniture, floors, appliances and/or cabinetry if necessary. This is done only as a preventive measure to protect against dust, damage, etc. Then, your technician will get right to work on your countertop! All projects are completed right in your home and typically take less than one day to complete.

For almost 20 years, Surface Link has specialized in repairing, restoring & modifying countertops and upgrading or replacing sinks, in commercial and residential settings throughout the U.S. & Canada. Our goal is to help to restore your countertop back to its original condition. We are not in the business of fabricating countertops & we do not work on concrete, stainless steel, marble or laminate tops.
