We have hired K&K several times over the last 13 years. In the past they have installed wood floors in our upper hall and master bedroom and recently replaced carpet in two bedrooms and a rec room. Staff is extremly polite and efficient. We highly recommend them for your flooring needs!

Price was @ 20% lower than the national chains' "best and final" offer; they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't ask for, they had a wide selection of materials, they did four rooms in a single day, working late to make sure everything was finished in one session, they were very conscientious about dust and construction trash, leaving the site clean, and the floors are beautiful and well-done. I couldn't have asked for better. If you need floors, definitely get a bid from these guys.

We worked with Seth over the winter to purchase LVP for our basement. He was professional, straightforward, honest, and patient with us as we figured out what we wanted. Javi and Juan (the installers) were polite, on-time, and respectful of our home inside and out. They worked tirelessly from morning until late evening and were very hard-working and attentive to detail. Did a thorough job of tearing out old carpet and removing old tile and very thorough with cleanup afterwards. We are happy overall with the end product. Most importantly, we were a bit worried about the color of the stain for the stairs as we chose to have the stairs re-done as well, however the crew at KnK matched the stain color of the stairs with our floors brilliantly. Would use again and would definitely recommend to others.

K&K did an excellent job installing new floors in my house. Mr. Cho arrived when scheduled for measurements and provided a fair quote quickly. On the day of install the crew arrived and took great precautions to ensure other parts of my house would not be effected by dust, etc. that comes with tearing out carpet and installing hardwood. During the install they ran in to an unexpected issue but they were quick to resolve the problem. During the entire process Mr Cho was in regular contact and addressed any issues immediately. The entire process was great. No pushy sales tactics. No price gouging. On time as promised. Great communication.
