Introduction: We offer home staging services at no additional charge when you list your home for sale with our real estate team. Staged homes sell faster and for more money. We will meet with you at your home and do a staging consultation by walking through each room and giving advice on what should be removed, moved, or freshened up. Once your preparation is done, we rearrange furniture, bring in bedding, knick knacks, flower arrangements, and more on staging day. We will hang pictures throughout the home. We use a combination of your own items and items from our vast staging inventory to help your home "pop" as compared to others. We then take professional quality pictures for display online, while listing your home for sale.
