I recently hired Loida and her team for a deep cleaning of my home, and I am very happy with the results. They were punctual and finished my 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home in about 1.5 hours. The quality of their work was excellent. I paid extra for refrigerator and oven cleaning, which was worth it. My only suggestion for improvement would be to clean the refrigerator drawers more thoroughly. Overall, I highly recommend this cleaning service for their punctuality, and high-quality work.

I went back and forth on whether I should hire some help keeping the house clean as I’ve grown increasingly busy managing 3 businesses and with everyone home now (thanks, pandemic!!), it’s become increasingly difficult. I found Loida on Nextdoor and was able to contact her through Thumbtack. She was extremely responsive, which was great. Scheduling was super easy. I value how punctual she was—showed up on time! We charge depending on your needs. The initial walk-through process will help us get an accurate quote to meet your specific requests.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we do the initial walk-through in order to be sure of what the customer needs. From there we can give an accurate quote. Next, we schedule the clean. Lastly, we will do a wonderful job with your home or commercial office and leave everything to your satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning for 16 years. I have received training specifically for commercial cleaning and home cleaning.
