I can't say enough good things about Luis! From the first moment I made his acquaintance on Thumbtack, he was responsive and answered all my questions. He reached out to confirm the event a couple of days beforehand, which made me feel at ease. He showed up to the vow renewal early, was extremely polite and professional to all guests, and even helped with a little set up (not expected but very much appreciated). He did a phenomenal job capturing every moment the bride wanted and rounding up family members for group photos. He kept everyone on schedule too. The photos came out beautifully - we couldn't be happier with how well he documented the day. Highly recommend LG Media LLC!

LG Design LLC where one of the first photographers to get back to me. I'm glad I chose them for my senior pictures. They took our pictures at very aesthetically pleasing locations. Despite some inconveniences caused by me; our shoot went by smooth and quick. They were absolutely lovely people to work with and I plan on using their services in the future. 10/10

Firstly, the team was so easy to contact and converse with! Secondly, I had a very specific task for my wedding (not a traditional wedding video)— Luis and his team executed it perfectly. It was such a lovely experience rewatching the videos— brought the whole wedding alive again. They captured candid and staged moments, took care to get the big picture as well as the small details, and even asked questions from the wedding guests to make it the story I wanted to showcase seamless. I was really on the fence about spending the money for Videograpghy for the wedding, but I know it was absolutely worth it!
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we have two types of pricing, for small events, we do hourly rates. For bigger events such as weddings and such, we talk to our clients and sell them what they need, in bigger events we don't charge hourly but for the final product they receive, this final product is whats customizable to our clients need.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally reach out or have the customer constant us, we don't dive into pricing right off the bat. We like to know if we are the right fit for you and ask them some important questions about your event; when is it, where is it, do you need photos or video, do you need both. After we have determined we are a fit we schedule a meeting where we show printed images and albums of previous work and sign a contract if the customer decides to move forward

I started taking photos when I was 15, I landed my first family friend civil wedding when I was 16
