- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I run two discounts currently: referral and package. For referrals, any client that refers someone that books and completes a session will get a 15% discount on a session of their choice. For referring 3 or more clients, the discount increases to 30% off one session. The package discount is 15% off your total session fees when booking two or more sessions at once.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically send a quick intake form that just covers some basic questions like location, time, background, and a place for the client to submit any inspiration pictures they are hoping to emulate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received hands-on instruction and training from a highly successful wedding photographer, as well as previous experience in media curation and management in the political sphere, where I worked for several years.
