- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a discovery call to discuss your needs and so we can collect some information. Once we have the address we will run a few reports and send them to you so you can see where we get our rent recommendations from or how we reached that number. It will also include comparable properties in the area. If you would like to move forward we will want to take a look at the property. This will give us an even better idea of what the property will rent for. We will draft a property management agreement for your review and electronic signature. As soon as the agreement is signed we will get to work scheduling marketing photos, drone photos and a video walkthrough. The listing will be published to all major listing sites and you will receive weekly reports with its progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
PMI is in its sixth year of operation. President, Michael Johnson has 30 years of real estate experience in commercial and residential real estate. Managing Director, Jake Johnson graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelors in Real Estate.
