- What types of customers have you worked with?
Buyers Services: Paul Muhlberger, Silvergate Realtys Broker/Owner, has worked with an array of Buyers since becoming a Realtor in 2005. Most of his Buyer clientele has consisted of first-time Homebuyers, or Buyers interested in moving up to a higher price level. Paul enjoys taking new and existing homeowners through all of the steps to homeownership once an initial contact is made between the Buyer and Silvergate Realty. Sellers Representation: Selling a residential home in our current economy has perhaps never been more challenging. The high level of unsold real estate inventory, coupled with low selling prices, means homes are selling over a much longer time period compared with 2002 to 2007. However, the real estate industry has historically been highly cyclical and one would expect home values will soon stabilize. Property Management: Paul Muhlberger, Broker/Owner, has managed his own real estate investments since 1998 and brings a high level of competency to the art of managing real estate holdings. Paul will meet to discuss the level of property management services you desire, ranging from simply placing and managing advertisements for your rental offering to full scale service.

We encourage Buyers and Sellers of real estate to make decisions based on the facts at hand and our knowledge of market conditions. Silvergate Realty's niche seeks to comprehensively assist Clients throughout a transaction. We believe in maintaining a small realty firm that maximizes service to a select Client base versus acquiring limitless number of Clients.
