- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No one price fits all. We adjust pricing to your needs. 💰 If you would like to obtain QuickBooks though our group, you will receive 30% off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1️⃣ We typically start with an initial consultation either over the phone or video conferencing. 2️⃣ The client provides access to QuickBooks or other bookkeeping system for review and pricing. This is based on the scope of work required. 3️⃣ We provide ongoing accounting and bookkeeping support, regular communication and financial reports so that the client can make the best business decisions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One team member is an Enrolled Agent. Another is a CPA. One is finishing their Bachelor's in Accounting. Another team member holds a Master’s Degree in Career Coaching and a Bachelor's in Women's Studies. 5 team members are QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisors.
