FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Giving quotes without actually seeing the problem is often difficult. We are more than happy to come to you to inspect the problem and give you a good estimate for the repairs. Having someone describe what they think is the problem is a good way to give a bad quote. We want to let you know exactly what the problem is and how much its going to cost without guessing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our electricians are required to keep up their licenses which means we have to stay on top of the latest codes and regulations.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Some of the most common work we do is electrical panel upgrades. We also get calls for outlets that are no longer working or to wire home additions.
