In your case, we dedicated extensive time coordinating around your availability, adjusting for other contractors on-site, and working around multiple reschedules. You paid a deposit through our official contract link, which included terms you reviewed. At your request, we split the project into two parts and paused the kitchenette until further details were finalized — a change you agreed to in writing. We completed the cabinet installation, helped unload your delivery, began sourcing materials for your bathroom project, and provided hours of labor, coordination, and on-site visits. When you chose to cancel the night before your scheduled installation, we respectfully issued a partial refund — despite the nonrefundable labor and materials already used. We value fairness and good faith in every project. Our team made every effort to honor your preferences, communicate clearly, and adjust without compromising our standards or professionalism.
