The technician should up on time and was professional. I let him talk me into putting a drain system on my hvac. I thought it was strange that he said the device would control my thermostat which is downstairs. Since that time my thermostat is blinking in an out. This is not what I paid for and he is now considered shady. Beware of this one. I asked him to come take it off my system a day later. I got nothing. Not recommended by me.
