FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have priced my time and products as competitively as I can. It allows me to make a living but not on one job. I believe if I do a good job and provide value the client will recommend me and call me back when they have a need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I want to know is why is the customer calling me. They have a problem and are looking for a solution. So for me it is best to communicate on the phone because I will always have questions. Sometimes I can help the client fix their problem over the phone. If not I want to hear them tell me what is going on so I can come to the job as prepared as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the Locksmith business for seventeen years. During that time I have secured a locksmith license in Tennessee, North Carolina and Virginia. I have been through multiple continuing education courses to maintain my license as well as on the job training and experience.
