Charles was very knowledgeable with 30 years experience. He did an excellent job of the brick repair on my front steps. Attached are before and after pictures, I would highly recommend, very $ reasonable.

I started this job January 21 2023 with hopes of taking care if it myself as I am pretty handy. After breaking 5 bricks that were supposed to stay on the wall, I called for help on thumbtack. Within 30 minutes, I had spoken with Mr hollcroft on the phone and within an hour he was at my house with an estimate. He started the job the next morning then came back on the 22nd with the materials and was done later in the afternoon. I couldn't be happier and a job well done. Please excuse the early morning picture of the finished wall. Thank you again for the speedy and quality work Charles! In a few days everything will be matched up as best possible for some 60 year old bricks!

I initially contacted Charles for and estimate he replied right away as to when he could come by and give me an estimate, and showed up when he said he would. After he explained what had to be done we agreed on a price. He showed up the next day with his help and started the job and kept me in the loop as the job moved forward, ensuring that I was satisfied with the progress. They replaced a brick window seal and grind out and replace mortar between bricks that were cracked. I'm totally satisfied with the end result and would hire him again.
