Endless MIC was very professional and so easy to work with during the whole process. The DJ was fantastic throughout the entire wedding ceremony and reception, and the guitarist did a great job during the cocktail hour. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to hire event music.

I would like to highly recommend Steve Jolemore as a guitar instructor. I had the pleasure of sitting in on a lesson he gave to my daughter when she was first learning to play the guitar and I was so impressed with his knowledge, ability, and demeanor. His experience really shone through and he is a diligent and patient teacher who knows exactly how to read a student's level and capacity and teach from that vantage point. Steve has a vast knowledge of the guitar and of music and, in my estimation, he would be able to teach any age and any level in any genre. He is disciplined in the most positive way imaginable and he works to gently yet effectively instill that same discipline in his students. I can't imagine a student who wouldn't benefit from Steve's impeccable guidance and his intelligent approach to teaching. If you are at all interested in guitar lessons I urge you to choose Steve Jolemore. You will be very happy that you did.

Really read my crowd well. Was positive and friendly and very helpful. Will defiantly recommend him again and if we have another event we will use him. Enjoyed all the music he played. He also went above and beyond finding random songs we asked for.

I initially contacted Penelope for voice lessons for my daughter who loves to sing and play ukulele, it so happens she plays uke as well. She works with my daughter on voice in conjunction with ukulele lessons and my daughter loves it and is learning how to hone in on her skill. She travels to our house for the lessons which is also so helpful for us and she is very reasonably priced. We highly recommend Penelope and are very pleased with her knowledge base and teaching style.

Jan Haflin is exactly what I was looking for! I have some experience on other instruments and particularly wanted to learn to improvise on the piano. Jan listened to what I wanted and has formulated a program for me that covers the basics of sight reading, scales, exercises etc, but also targets riffs and music in the styles I enjoy in order to extend me with soloing. Jan is an extremely accomplished player and seems to already know every piece I want to learn! I highly recommend Jan to anyone who wants to learn piano and have fun doing it.

Skip and the Band were amazing to work with. We had a upscale Corporate Christmas Event and they aimed to please. They arrived, set up promptly and were dressed to impress, and impress they did. We will be booking the Skylark Band for future events and commend their level of skill and professionalism.

    About

I am very affordable. I enjoy a great party and love to interact with my crowd. I feel that a party should take you on a journey of forest memories through the different eras of music. I work by myself, so I am able to charge a little less than the others.

    About

We are Portsmouth's only music shop. We are a local, old-fashioned "mom and pop" shop. I love to teach and I love music. Music is an activity that stimulates the brain in a way that no other activity does.

    About

I am a piano, cello and music theory teacher. I have a BA in Music (Cello Performance, Minor in Piano) earned from a music college in Russia. I am highly professional. Since 2010, my students participated in over 25 recitals and concerts at College of William and Mary, Crosswalk Community Church, King's Way Church, Tabernacle Baptist Church, Greenfield Senior Living, Patriot's Colony, and many other venues. My students also participated in The National Federation of Music Clubs for the last 4 years in a row. All of them received superior rating, and four of them already received Golden Cups. I have been judging piano solo events for the last 3 years. Our recent performing project was playing in the Bard's Market at the Virginia Shakespeare Festival. Three of my students did an exceptional job entertaining the audience by playing a classical piano repertoire. I also provide wedding/special occasion entertainment (cello, piano, and violin) as a trio, duet, solo in any combination.

    About

I provide Christian music for any Christ Center event. I have great skill in playing the right music at the right time, making sure the people are having a great time. What people love about my DJing is the way I mix, keeping the party going nonstop. I am not a talker. I just let the music and the mix speak for me. DJ I Rock Jesus—DJing the best in Christian music.

    About

I can give the best of both worlds in my music lessons by combining an intuitive, ear training based approach with a strong foundation in music theory. My hope is to teach my students the skills they need to keep growing as musicians long after their lessons cease. I love music and nothing makes me happier than sharing the joy it brings me with others.

We have the ability to cross multiple demographics and help them find a common ground. We stand by our decision to stand true to our decision to play age appropriate music... family friendly, but knowing when it is time to get down with the adults... That moment when we are djing and the crowd is really into a song... we will start introducing a song, then right when the energy is right... we switch and boom... the crowd goes wild!!!
