The closet in my master bedroom gets extremely cold in the winter and warm in the summer. I reached out to Mike to see what options I might have to regulate the temperature better. Mike was super responsive throughout our initial correspondence. On the day of our scheduled appointment, he was even able to arrive an hour early. Mike provided me multiple options to solve the closet issue as well as an issue I have with my ducts. While these options were a little more costly than I was looking to spend at the moment, he provided me with a wealth of education. He also gave me some DIY options and some other options even though he would not benefit from them. While I wasn’t able to hire Mike at this time, I will save his information and use him in the future when I am able to get the work done. He seems very honest, caring and professional, and that is hard to come by these days!
