The customer service provided was absolutely stellar. Every question I had was broken down to me and answered to where I could understand them. The process was done quickly and with great care. I loved the energy and the willingness to help me. I loved that I was continuously kept in the loop as to what was going on with my tax information all the way up to it being deposited into my account. I've definitely found my new tax preparer! I won't be going to anyone else!
