Introduction: At Covenant Arrow Contracting LLC, we are focused on providing Interior and Exterior remodeling services with the highest levels of customer satisfaction & we will do everything we can to meet your expectations. With a variety of offerings to choose from, we're sure you'll be happy working with us. Why us? There are three main qualities that set Covenant Arrow apart from other New Construction and Remodeling firms. First of all, because we are a small, family run company, we have much lower overhead than other firms. We pass these savings on to our client while offering equal or superior craftsmanship and value. Secondly, we are always available for our client, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Last and perhaps most importantly, our creativity and original ideas can take a seemingly impossible dream and make it a reality. For over 20 years I have been involved with great remodeling and building projects. Seeing things transform from old to new, or purposely making projects appear to be antique, we have pleased hundreds of customers in the Hampton Roads area and abroad. We love and cherish the relationships we build with our customers, which has allowed us to be their contractor of choice for many years.

remarkable renovations put my mom's bathroom back together after a small flood due to the water heater. We were in a pinch with timing and they were available within 24 hours. He did a nice job and communicated any issues quickly. In addition to the job that we hired him for he also hauled away extra trash that we had due to other renovations in the condo. We are very happy with the services provided.

We hired remarkable renovations to replace our front door and paint it, fix one of our toilets, paint our kitchen and cover our gutters with gutter guards. The only jobs that were completed was the kitchen painting and the gutter guards. He didn't fix the toilet completely and he didn't finish painting our front door. We paid him in full for all of these jobs and he never showed to finish them. To top it off, what he did paint, he got it everywhere. And then he tried to blame us for not being able to do the jobs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

With all due respect, the Toilet repair that you said was incomplete, is actually a direct reflection of you not choosing to allow us to correctly solve the issue. When you have a toilet flange that is almost an inch above the surface of the concrete and we suggested to cut the flange flush and install a retrofitted flange, choose not to conduct the recommended repair, you can not rely on wooden shims and caulk to stabalize a toilet. Although there was a risk of the pvc cracking, I told you that we were very experienced in this repair, but wanted to let you know of the risk. You chose not to conduct that repair, and being that the Toilet was originally unstable, you instructed me to place the wooden shims under the Toilet back in their original position. You also chose to have us apply caulking to fill an oversized gap between the Toilet and floor. The cracking of the caulking is a direct result of relying on a caulk to fill a gap that it is not designed to fill. Secondly, I quoted to paint your exterior door with 2 coats of exterior semi gloss. After 4 coats of paint, it was still not adequately covered. I did not charge you for 2 additional coats, nor was I charging for the 5th coat, which I was very willing to do. The problem exists because I was on vacation for a week after the new year. since then we have had cold and wet weather. Manufacturers specifications state that it is not suggested to paint in temperatures 40° or below, and especially not in wet weather. I have mentioned to you and your other half that I would go there to paint as soon as we have an acceptable day. Otherwise, thank you for your business.
