gregory wanted to see the problem, and then gave the estimate.
he came to our house on time the the next day, and had the computer up, running and conected within 20 minutes.

Greg was called to fix a speed issue on my computer. It was determined that some form of virus infected the hard drive and several anti-virus software packages were run to eliminate the threat. Even though he charged me for one visit, Greg came to the house twice and corresponded by e-mail to make certain the problem was resolved. Highly recommended, and will use again for any future issues. Overall, a first rate vendor.
