Introduction: I use a variety of cleaners to suit each person's preference. I want my customers to be pleased when I leave not only for the look but also the smell. I am very particular and detailed about cleaning. I take a lot of pride in what I do. If my customers are happy, I am happy, after all with out my customers, I wouldn't have my business. I love to clean. It's what I do. I love seeing such a difference come from something that I have done. It gives me the satisfaction of a job well done.

Melissa did an amazing job at our business in the office area. The floors were a mess from my husband and employees walking through the office and all the disorganization my husband has. She spent the time and organized everything and the office now looks like a showroom. We also called her at the very last minute on a Saturday and she was at our shop with in a hour ready to work. Need I say it wasn't a easy task but she did get it accomplished. THANK YOU for your professionalism Melissa and we look forward to having you come back to our business. It's nice to know that people actually want to work and they are willing to. You will have our business from now on. We believe in local small businesses.

I hired Ms. Robertson to clean my house after we moved. She did an excellent job and charged me a fair price She paid attention to detail ( even though it was just a move out cleaning- she was very thorough!) She cleaned all the appliances, the floors, the windows, the sinks/tubs/ toilets, the chair railings/ baseboards- no surface was safe :) she used her own supplies and the place looked great when she was through! I hope the new owners appreciated it! I will definitely hire Ms. Robertson for future cleanings.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each home is different, no mess is ever the same. To be fair to my customers, I need details so that I can accurately price.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for a few other companies cleaning. Residential, commercial, and new construction homes. After some time someone asked me why I didn't start my own company. I thought that was a great idea and looked in to making it happen.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs I do are total move out cleanings. Inside and outside of everything in the apartment. (windows only on the outside if they are the type that fold in to safely clean from the inside).
