My experience from start to finish was amazing. I contacted the company because my original all-inclusive venue would not return my call for an event I was having in less than a week. I contact Blackfolkfood and they accommodated each need. Chef and his staff were prompt in returning my calls, created a menu based on my event theme, kept in communication up until the event, arrived on time, and ensured my food display was perfect. And the food- was so delicious. My guests are still raving on the salmon and grits prepared and the event was months ago. This company will be my go-to from now on!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the rising cost in food over the last 2 years our pricing is based on per person and starts at $30 per person. We offer a standard menu or a customized menu tailored by one of our chefs specifically for your event theme (additional cost). Pricing does not include tax, 20% event production fee, additional services requested, or travel.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our client consultation we discuss your event vision and prepare an estimate based on that conversation. Once the client has agreed on the menu selections, a contract is prepared and retainer fee is collected.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Culinary Arts
