Debbie started a medium-sized workout group at my work and was great at getting us to improve our muscle strength and stamina no matter at what level we began. Plus, she is so knowledgeable of many different disciplines: aerobic exercise, step aerobics, kick boxing, yoga, strength training, you name it, Debbie taught us the right technique and body positions. She led us in a great mix of workout. We never got bored and we worked many, many muscle-groups. As time went on, our medium sized group dwindled to the point of our sessions being almost one-on-one. Then, I really got to see Debbie's compassion, knowledge, and enthusiasm really come together. She put together programs targeted to our specific needs and interests. She was always on time, prepared, and a great motivator. I have gone to other trainers and workout programs, and Debbie is by far the most dedicated, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I wish I still lived in her area, so I could continue working out with her!

Debbie is extremely knowledgeable about the body and how it works. She quickly evaluates what you need, and then immediately implements the best exercises for you. She knows how to push you as far as you can go without injuring your muscles. Simply put, she is the best!

Debbie is knowledgeable in all aspects of personal training. I have had group classes with Debbie at Fort Lee VA daily. She understands the needs and can visually diagnose any abnormalities in skeletal structure. I had a posture problem in my hips jutting forward, we worked on it. The results were immediate. I am now conscious of how to maintain proper stance and sitting positions. She is excellent and shows patience with the elderly. I would recommend Debbie to anyone for a good workout, or problem with posture, knees, shoulder, neck, back problems etc. etc.

Debbie is a great trainer! She can read you so well and designs a program that fits your needs. I saw great progress. I am stronger, have better balance and confidence.

Very passionate about her workouts. Made sure you understood the importance about working out and dieting. Knowable and intense. Made it fun to get your butt kicked in her class!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    Honestly I got into exercise after having my children. I just wanted my old body back so I started exercising on my own. Then I joined an aerobics class and after a while the instructor asked me about teaching classes for her since she thought I would be great at it. I did start teaching classes for her and I've been hooked ever since.
