FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Changes in nutrition and health can't be made with just one visit. I work with a client in 6-week increments - we may meet 3 times during the first week, 2 times during the subsequent weeks. I will send emails and have text message conversations frequently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have an introductory meeting where we will discuss your goals, how I plan to help you and see if we are the right fit. If agreed, we will meet again, create a more formalized plan based on your likes and dislikes. The program might entail a trip to the grocery store to better understand nutritional labels and discover new healthier options. It might entail a trip to your kitchen to see what you have in your pantry, what you can't live without and what you might be doing that is sabotaging your current efforts. It might entail a trip to a local sports shop to get fitted for new walking shoes so you can start to become more active with less pain. The program is dependent on your needs, what you want to achieve and how I can help you meet them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have to maintain my personal training, group exercise and health coaching certification by attending various educational programs throughout the year as well as maintain a CPR/AED and first aide certification.
