- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge for half of all services upfront. I then charge the rest at the mid-point so all customers finish with a 0 balance. If clients want to bring a workout partner their will be a $20 charge for the additional person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?All of my new customers receive a free consultation. I also provide them with a tailored meal plan. I also cater their workouts to see what they can do and what the struggle with to help them improve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am certified through ISSA as a Personal/Fitness Trainer. I am also CPR/AED certified.
