I just started working with Lawson in the last few months and have been impressed with how quickly and smoothly everything has gone. They took over an existing property with a Sect. 8 tenant and easily managed the transfer from my old management company. They also helped me with a newly-purchased duplex with existing tenants already in place that had month-to-month leases and some abnormal utility terms. Lawson negotiated the new lease and utility terms to my liking. They have also used their many contacts in the home maintenance and contracting world to do some needed upgrades to the properties...at attractive prices.
